In honor of Earth Day (that I know is BS!)

I am so sick of Earth Day I could puke! I know that it is a bunch of hooey. I know that Heavenly Father gave us this earth, and I believe in taking care of it, but I don't think my family is impacting the earth in a bad way. And I'm very opposed to people telling other people not to have children. Okay I will get off my soapbox now and show you some cute pictures that show the way I feel.

Mom does ass and glass rhyme?

We have been working on rhming lately, so I usually get "Mom does apple and apple rhyme?" Payton is picking up on it a lot quicker than Parker. So today I was washing the dishes and I hear Payton saying "glass, rass, pass, mass." Then I hear "Mom does ass and glass rhyme?" I had my back to her so I had to call Jer in to take care of it because I was laughing so hard.

This is for Katie

Oh my gosh I am such a klutz! I went hiking with friends and had Payton on my shoulders (I know, I know she is almost 4 and should be able to walk, but she was whining.) Anyway I slipped and skidded down a small hill on my knee. Can I just say that I didn't drop the baby. So I ripped a hole in my pants. I am such a baby about blood that I didn't even want to look so I just kept walking, we were about back to the car anyway. When we got back to the car my friends wanted to look at it so I pulled my pant up, and about passed out. I went home and cleaned it up, but later I thought of Katie, so I took a picture. It isn't as gory as it was when it first happened, and I got the gravel out of it, but I thought I should post a picture.

Hopefully tomorrow I will post pics from the hike.

Parker has a girlfriend

I am so not ready for this!!!! Parker spent the other night writing a letter to a girl in his class. It is a picture of him and Savana on a horse. (What a romantic!)And then when he came home from school he brought this letter.

I am so not ready for this.

I am so mad and I'm done!!!

I finally finished Megan's announcements, it only took 5 trips to the printers, 10 different types of paper, and two crying fits on the floor (Payton not me). Now to the reason that I am mad. Someone stole my bike. Yep the bike that I hate, the crummy second hand bike with the torn up seat. Now I can't take my kids for rides in the buggy, and ride bikes to school with Parker. That makes me so grouchy.

Silly thing I found the other day

I really can't complain Jer helps out at the house a ton, but I still thought it was funny.

Payton saw the silver buffalo and started telling me how Papa took her to see it. She was very excited about it. I didn't know about it but just wanted to Thank Papa for taking time to make a memory with Payton. Thanks Papa we love you.

My friends wonder what I do all day.

So my friends from high school always ask what I am doing these days, and I tell them that I am a stay at home mom. That isn't intirely true I really enjoy doing graphic design on my computer. Here are a few samples:

This is a graduation announcement that I did for my cousin Ashley, isn't she so cute!

This is a business card I did for a friend of mine. She does awsome nails!

I made it through church!

I made it though church, I had my doughts, but I went prepared with 3 dozen cookies, and those monsters devoured them all. As the Sunday school teacher of the 16 & 17 year old kids, I was worried that they would eat me alive, but they were all really great, a little noisy, but all super sweet kids. So I made it through, and next week I get a break because it is Stake Conf.

On another note my Kittie is being nice. So I thought I would take a picture of him.
And last but not least today is the last night for Jere this hitch. Yay! No more nights until June.

Payton's Bloody Toe, and Parker is a Goof

Today five seconds after Jeremy left for work I was making Parker a sandwich, and Parker went down in the ditch. Payton followed him, and within a minute Parker came running down the sidewalk screaming his head off. "Payton is bleeding, her toe is going to fall off!" Such a little drama boy. So I go to get Payton, who by now has quite a crowd of people waiting with her. Here shoe is covered in blood, and I can't see her toe very well because of all the blood. I don't do blood so I picked up Payton and carried her like a football home. I put her in the kitchen sink (can I just take this time to say this is the first time ever that it wasn't full of dishes) and washed her foot off. It looked gross, and it looked like it had something in it. I tried to call Jer, but I didn't get an answer so I poked Paytons foot a few more times and then sat down with my head between my knees. I remebered that Levi was in town so I gave him a call to see if he could come over and look at Payton's toe. He and Brad came over and looked at Payton's toe and there wasn't anything in it, but they did bandage it up for me. So she completely forgot about it until Tavian came over to play and she remebered and took the bandaid off to show him.

#4 Reason that I love Parker
I love Parker because he is a huge goof. Tonight when I was getting ready to leave the in-laws I told Parker to hug everyone, and so he walked around and hugged Grandma and said "Good Bye Grandma", hugged Grandpa and said "Good Bye Grandpa" and then he got to me and he hugged me and told me "Good Bye Mamma", we laughed, and he went on to hug Cassie and Levi and told them Good Bye.
Silly Boy!

Parker is Passionate

#3 Reason why I love Parker.
I love Parker because he is passionate. Here are a few things that Parker is passionate about.
  • Being a cowboy
  • Transformers
  • His Friends
  • His Bike
  • Church

He has kind of mellowed out on the cowboy stuff, but he still loves horses. He talks about Elmer, and other horses.

He loves transformers, when the new movie came out I wasn't ready for him to watch it so I downloaded some cartoons onto my computer, and that did the trick he was hooked. He loves is transformers, and loves playing with them. He packs a bag of them and takes them everywhere. He also teaches everyone about them. Do you know the difference between an autobot, and a decepticon?

Parker loves his friends and talks about them all the time. He knows there ages, there height, a what they like. He worries about them, and is constantly wonders when they are coming over.

Parker loves his bike, he has all the kids in the neighborhood ride it. He loves to go bike riding with the family.

Parker really enjoys church. He is also very worried about wether or not people believe in god, So he asks them.

Parker is a hard worker

#2 Reason why I love Parker.
Parker has some little things wrong with his body that make it harder to do things that other kids his age. We have a yearly meeting with teachers and therapist to see how Parker is progressing. We had to move the meeting back, but I Jeremy and I got Parker's report card, and he has improved on almost everything. I love Parker because he is a hard worker.

Parker's Look-alike Meter

The picture that I uploaded of Parker he had a funny look on his face so I did it again.

MyHeritage: Look-alike Meter - Pedigree - Roots

I don't know wether I should laugh or cry!

So I am having some issues with Parker and my Mom. I love Parker, and most of the time I enjoy spending time with him, But when we are around my Mom Parker acts completely ridiculous. I love my Mom and I love Parker! So I am going to try to write something that I love about Parker every time I post. So here it is:

#1 Reason that I love Love Parker. I love Parker because he waves to me when I drop him off for school. When Parker is walking into the school he walks really slow so that he can wave to me as I drive past the school on my way home. (If I honk Parker will actually do a little dance, but that means that we are late.)

So I hope that this helps our situation, but if anyone has any suggestions I am so open to them. Jeremy and I really are trying.

Patyon is a super star!

Payton is our little super star. She had a gymnastic meet today, and did really well. She loves her teacher Miss Kim. I took Jer's camera, because it is newer, unfortantly I don't really know how to use it so I couldn't take a video. So here are some pictures of our little ham.

I'm sick of being sick!!!!

Since the middle of March I have been sick on and off. It started out with a sinus infection during spring break, and then continuing into Jeep Safari. Then I got a migraine while spending time at Tori's House when we went to Salt Lake wedding dress shopping with Megan. I still had some minor sinus problems, but was able to function, but occasionally I have had a really bad head ache. Plus lovely girl problems, twice in one month. Everytime I take something to make my head feel better I have stomach problems. So last night I woke up in the middle of the night with a rolling stomach. I tried to get to back to sleep, but that was impossible. So when Jer gets home in the morning I am have chills and sweating. Luckily the kids slept in late, because I finally feel a sleep for a while. When I got up I noticed that the kids had made themselves breakfast of brownies and apples. I spent the rest of the morning feeling nauseated, and trying to make it to the bathroom on time. The good thing about all of this is that Payton is my nurse, she brings me water, and makes sure that the bucket is within reach. She takes really good care of me as long as I keep the cartoons coming. Well anyway I have to get better by tomorrow, because Payton has a gymnastics meet, and I have invited my parents to come over. I wish my house was clean, but oh well. I just have to add that the kids are making them self dinner. They had Vienna sausages, yogurt, fruit snacks, and strawberries. I think that have hit all the food groups, I am so proud, except for the Vienna sausages that is just sick. I made them eat them in garage so I didn't have to run back to the bathroom.
