Okay if you have made it through this I want feedback, if you have some time saving tips I want those too.

I don't think this is a question that anyone can answer for you. I look at that list and can think of several that I could easily cut out, but they are things that I know you really value and enjoy. And you might not need to cut things out, just maybe go about them in a different way. Your kids are old enough that they can help you with a lot of those things. Jeremy could do a lot of them when he's home if he knew how much of a difference it really made to you. I would be willing to help you with some of them, and some can be done more efficiently or at the same time by multitasking. I'm sorry that you are feeling overwhelmed, and I would love to help you out in any way I can, I just don't think that telling you which things are important and which should be cut out from my point of view is the best way to do that. And I'm sorry I'm needy and add more to your plate. I will try to stop doing that.
